Tom is Mr. Motivation and is loaded with an arsenal of tools to help everyone he meets become better versions of themselves. Tom holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, Sports and Conditioning Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Yoga Instructor, Spin Instructor and Life Coach. No matter where you are in your health and wellness journey, Tom will find ways to motivate you towards your most productive self!

Thomas is a personal and small group trainer as well as a class and bootcamp instructor at RMF. Thomas likes to find fun new ways to motivate and captivate his clients while still staying faithful to the tried and true methods that have worked in the fitness industry for years. Thomas has also led sports and conditioning camps for the youth of South Boston for the last 15+ years. Michelle is a personal trainer as well as the General Manager at Regan’s Motivated Fitness. Michelle loves working with people and helping them set real goals to get real results through fun, challenging and purposeful workouts. The team at RMF has labeled Michelle the "Kick-Starter" to fitness journeys for people who need help getting going in their fitness routine. She has helped countless brides get ready for their big day, taught private training and classes for groups of friends, and has just made people feel comfortable with working out who were uncomfortable with it previously.
