I am a passionate advocate for fitness and mental well-being, with a lifelong love of exercise. Certified as a personal trainer since 2018 and a life coach since 2020, I am committed to helping my clients reach their fullest potential, both physically and mentally.
I specialize in working with women, whether it’s helping them get fit for their wedding day or navigating other significant life transitions (e.g. becoming a mom, going thru menopause). My approach combines physical fitness with mental well-being, empowering women to feel strong, confident, and balanced at every stage of life.
I’ve also had the privilege of being part of the South Boston Moms Club, where I transitioned from being a busy mom of three to instructing a class designed for moms with infants.
As a mom, boot camp instructor, and personal trainer, I believe in the power of challenging both your body and mind. Whether it's running with friends or lifting weights, my focus is on pushing physical boundaries to cultivate mental resilience. My mission is to help you unlock your true potential and improve your overall well-being, so you can feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in every aspect of your life.
