Founder, Owner and Operator of Regan's Motivated Fitness

Tom works with adults, teens, couples, and groups. He meets you where you are, listens to your current situation, and helps you create a path to the person you want to become. He uses Mental Health Counseling, drawing from methods like Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, and ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) to promote understanding and growth. Additionally, he incorporates Life Coaching, Mindfulness, Exercise, and Yoga, backed by years of experience.
