Nope, at least not if you lift the RIGHT way. We’ve been surprised numerous times when members come to us and boo hoo weight lifting as a weight loss strategy. Here’s the scoop;
Light Weight... High Rep... Short Recovery... these three basic guidelines will give you that lean and toned look and feel that you're looking for. This lifting phase in fitness is referred to as the Endurance phase. More to the point, an Endurance based lifting regiment looks like this:
Pick two exercises/Lifts for each body part and work through this regiment of 3-5 sets of 12-15 reps and stick with it for a while. If you actually stick with it, we guarantee that by the end of the 3rd week you will see significant results.
