No more excuses! it's time to get into the gym and get into a routine that will jump-start your new way of life.
Join a bootcamp! Sign up for some Personal Training! Or just Join the gym itself! We want to be there with you when you see that the changes that you want aren't actually THAT far away. Sometimes it's one little change in your regiment that is all you need to find what drives you to be successful.
January has come and gone, with the blink of an eye, or as fast as that piece of Cake disappears from the plate. Next time say NO to the ofifice-party-cake and YES to the morning workout before work; Say NO to the nightly bowl of ice cream and Yes to the extra Saturday afternoon Workout. If you do this then it will only make those tasty treats taste better when you earn them as a reward on your cheat day. Just ask Tom, he might be the biggest advocate of "the cheat day" in the entire fitness industry! Hell, the cheat day is the major motivator that keeps me working out.
Now is the time to make things happen! Don't let the temptation of pizza, tv and desserts intimidate you into staying away from the gym: Be the hammer, not the nail.....
