Tabata is a high intensity interval workout that consists of 20 seconds of all-out exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, each interval set adds up to 4 minutes total. Anyone who has taken a Tabata class knows that this class will kick your butt, but check out some of its other amazing benefits:
