Change for the Better! Be Strategic!
Change is inevitable. We do have a choice whether it’s a positive change or not. When
it comes to work or social activities we’re pretty clear on what we are doing so
we drive the change. How about fitness, do you drive the change? In most cases
from our experience that’s not the case. Our change in fitness levels is more
dependent on what time is left over. We do realize that when we feel, look and
move better everything is better. So why not more focus on this critical element
to daily and long term success?
We don’t treat our body like it’s our business or that critical social calendar. When’s the last time you missed a
meeting with your boss? How about last time you blew off the guys or gals?
Right, priorities. What we’re saying is give your success a nudge in the right
direction by scheduling your fitness and tying it into a purposeful, goal
driven plan. Not as hard as it seems. Take 30 minutes and valuize(Tom word) the
other 1410 minutes of the day.
Simple way to achieve this is to schedule a 30 minute Assessment session with Tom where we will figure out where
you are and give you a fitness plan for the next 4 to 6 weeks. We will go over
your posture, flexibility, cardio, core and strength training as well as injury
management and let you know what the next immediate steps are in each area. Try
it – it may be the best investment you’ve ever made. Investing in yourself is always a good idea.
