our Outdoor bootcamps are awesome!
When the alarm goes off around 5:15 or 5:30am, of course your first thought is some expletive at the fact that you have to get out of bed. However, here's the issue I have with people that say working out before work is just too hard for them; they probably have that same expletive thought at their alarm clock when it goes off an hour or two later. The first few seconds are the hardest, but once you're up, you're up! Also, for all those "I'm just not a morning person," people out there, just shush! Being productive in the morning is not a predetermined quality. It's not something that we are able to do because of our genes. It is a skill that is developed. As my father says, it takes 21 days to develop a new habit, so try our bootcamp out for one month and I guarantee by the end of it you will be singing a different tune about AM workouts! You will find that you are more productive throughout the day after a great morning workout with an enthusiastic and camaraderie filled group!
We have these bootcamps down to a science. We mix up our workouts in such a way that even if you've come to each and every one of our bootcamps for the past 5 years (which some of our loyal bootcampers actually have), very rarely if ever, will you see two identical workouts. We keep you moving, that's for sure! We do everything from running to lifting, and stair work to full boxing workouts! Whether you are in great shape already and just looking for a tune up or you are coming back from a long hiatus from working out, RMF’s Bootcamp is just the push you need!
