Tomorrow marks the end of the first full week of our new class Schedule and we've had some great reviews so far!!! We are now offering 18 classes per week including 4 total yoga classes and 6 total spin classes! The major changes to schedule include Boxing moving to Tuesday nights at 7 :30; New Spin Classes added on Tuesday nights at 6:30 and Thursday Mornings at 6:00am (in addition to our staple spin classes at 5:30 on Mondays and Wednesday nights and Saturday Mornings at 8:30); HOT Yoga added on Monday Nights at 7:30 and Friday Mornings at 6:00 and a Yoga Class added on Sunday morning at 9:30; Last but not least a Bootcamp Circuit Class on Saturday Mornings at 9:30.
So either get in tomorrow for a nice relaxing start to your day with a 9:30am Yoga class, or, mark your calender and try one of our other classes during the week. We are doing big things this Fall at the gym and we really don't want to leave you behind!!! Get on Board!!!!
