In 2019 I thought there'd be flying cars, buffalo chicken flavored ice cream and car wash-style gyms where you just enter the front fat and walk out the back looking like Zac Efron... but here we are still sitting in traffic, eating our buffalo chicken and ice cream separately, and still having to go to the gym and workout to get in good shape...
Stop waiting for the body and mind you've been dreaming of and go out and get them both. We are here to help! Our bootcamp is the perfect way for you to kickstart your Summer! With two sessions available again this month there is no excuse for you to miss out on our fun and camaraderie filled workouts. Our morning sessions, Mondays through Thursdays from 6-7am at Moakley park, have proven to be a fantastic way to start your day. While our evening sessions, Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30pm at RMF, have had AWESOME groups of people tackling everything from yoga to stair work, Spinning to Boxing, and Lifting to running and rowing.
Pick your poison: wake up with the Motivated crew or tie your day together with a motivated workout after work. Either way, let us help you make this your best Summer yet!
