Motivated's June Bootcamp! Take four weeks to dedicate yourself to yourself! Tom Regan has been teaching his signature bootcamp for well over 10 years and it's safe to say that he has mastered the art. We have all you need, all you have to do, is show up; 6:00-7:00am, Monday-Thursday mornings, FOR FOUR WEEKS!
"6:00am is too early.."
-Yeah 6:00am is pretty early; but get up and get your workout out of the way first thing in the morning! Think about how groggy you are the first hour or two every morning at the office; if your going to be groggy, you might as well be groggy doing burpees and situps, so by the time you get to work you are fresh (though maybe sore) and ready to tackle the day!
"I jog 3 times a week on my own anyways..."
-Congratulations for getting cardio in on your own! Seriously, it is really tough to self-motivate an effective cardio routine. Even if your find yourself running three times a week, I bet the results have diminished significantly since you've started that routine. That right there is why we do this bootcamp! No matter how hard (or not..) your current routine is, without a doubt our bootcamp will be DIFFERENT from that routine. Sometimes that difference is all you need to see those new results that you've been striving towards!

-Big Tom Regan intimidating?!?! Yeah maybe a little bit... but sometimes when that alarm goes off in the morning and that snooze button is masking himself as your savior, the mental image of Tom is all you need to spring out of Bed and get to your workout! Its not all "Rah! Rah! Rah!" either, we find a great mix between hard work and fun throughout the program to keep you comingand motivated each and every day.
