We've learned alot over the 10 years we've been here on how to keep it going through all the little and sometimes big challenges that come at us in the form of pain and injuries. We can help you identify imbalances that are causing those sore knees, tweaky backs and hips as well as other bothersome aches and pains.
We will check your range of motion, balance and muscle length tension relationship which causes a multitude of issues. We'll identify the source of your problem and give you solutions that work immediately. We give you what we call a pre-hab routine that you do before you workout that gives you the optimum range of motion and activates dormant muscles. We also give you a rehab routine that continues your progress. Our focus is we get better as we get older. It's called Exercise Science because there is alot to it.
