Another change of season is upon us here at the gym. Summer has turned to Fall, temperatures are dropping, leaves are changing, and pumpkin flavors have taken over the coffee houses and beer taps. But we at the gym want to make this Fall about more than Spice lattes and sugared rims; we want to make this a Fall of moving forward. From Lifting regiments to new class additions, we are looking to make this our best Fall yet! So join us any way you can!

New Class Schedule: Starts Today, Monday September 29th!
We are adding some new classes to the schedule for this Fall and changing up some instructors for some of our current classes. Here are the changes, we are excited about all of them!
First, Thomas will take over the Monday night 5:30 Spin Class and Marisa will take over the Monday night 6:30 Yoga Class. Then on Tuesday Mornings, Tom will begin a new class that he is extremely excited about. His Yoga Sculpt class will be on Tuesday Mornings from 6:00-7:00am. This class is A high in tensity mixture of yoga and strength training. Utilizing light weights, we bring the muscles to burning fatigue through a series of strength exercises in yoga positions. All of which done in a heated room to get deeper into each stretch and increase your anaerobic capacity! Class includes some high-intensity cardio activities as well as challenging core exercises.
Also on Tuesdays, Laura G's new class at 6:30pm, Tabata, is a fresh look at a strength training class; This class involves performing a set of exercises at high intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated 9 times for a total training time of 4 minutes per exercise. Class includes both hard-core cardio and strength intervals!
The Thursday morning Spin Class is back in the schedule as well, with Tom teaching a mix between long endurance rides, short interval work and an array of hills all mixed together. An hour of "Tom-Time," Always a good way to start your day!
