Columbus Day is one of those holidays where half the people get the day off and the other half are left resentful. This year we have decided to stay open with regular hours all weekend so as to be a tool to unload some built up stress for those who do have to work Monday, as well as a sanctuary for those who have a long weekend and take part in all that it has to offer.
This weekend has plenty of opportunity for fun and tom-foolery what with the Bruins, Pats and Playoff Sox as well as practically ideal Fall weather. So my advice to you is to set your sights on getting to the gym AT LEAST once this weekend.
Come to John's 5:30 Strength class tonight and get that workout right out of the way before your weekend even starts... Come to Thomas' Spin class tomorrow at 8:30 am, or his 9:30am Circuit-Bootcamp Class, or BOTH, and start your Saturday off right... Come to Meaghan's 9:30am Yoga class on Sunday and start your Sunday off in a Zen state of Mind (Namaste)... Or just get into the gym for some cardio or a good Lift!!!
Then Come Monday, We will be open all day for you to come in and get your schedule back on track with your regular weekly workouts or classes (5:30pm Spin: 6:30 Strength: 7:30pm Hot Yoga).
So If you have a long weekend, Enjoy it!. If you don't, just think we don't have one either, so come spend it with us!
