Monday April First was no joke for us this year, as we took our bootcamp back down to Moakley Park for the first time of the Spring/Summer bootcamp season. April was just the jump-start that we needed to get us striving towards the shape we want to be in come this Summer. We had three great weeks of workouts so far, all leading up to this Thursday's Gauntlet that will show everyone involved just how far they have come in 4 short weeks. We know April typically "comes in like a lion and out like a lamb," but just ask everyone after Thursday's gauntlet how they feel, and I'm sure they'll tell you they're no Lamb.
