Winter Class Schedule

Below is a list of our classes for the New Year. Click on the name of the class to find out more about it.

We have added some classes and placed a Spin class and a Strength class in the 6:30pm slot due to many requests.

We have 2 classes in the 6AM slot and will add another most likely on Thursday once we get some feedback from those attending as to what type class they would like.

Class Descriptions

Spin

A group cycling class simulating outdoor cycling with a variety of drills that increase endurance and improve your upper limits. Spin is more than physical, it's a mentally challenging class that utilizes and improves your perseverance.

Total Body Strength

A workout that hits all areas of the body using steps, bars, dumb bells, resistance bands and more. Really gets those tough to target areas. Classes are mixed with a variety of exercises that enable its participants to work all areas of their bodies; you will feel this class in muscles that you didn't even know you had!.

Spin/15 Minute Abs

A 45 minute spin class followed by 15 minutes of abdominal and core work.

Body Sculpt

Starting with the inner core and working our way out, we tighten everything up with stability exercises and then on to isolated training of muscles. A sure fire way to keep your core muscles challenged and improving.

Circuit Training

Station style class, mixing strength and cardio to get your lungs and muscles pumping. We use a combination of machines, weights, bands, and other assorted challenges.

Total Body Conditioning

Focuses on toning your body to its best shape possible. This high tempo workout using plyometrics, dumb bells and more will get your heart pumping and muscles toned.

Cardio Boxing

A fun, fast movement filled class that uses boxing techniques and skills. We add in boxing circuit training to add another level of challenge. You'll leave feeling a "good" tired.

Cardio Kickboxing

A fast paced class focused on getting and keeping you moving. Utilizing a variety of punches, kicks and combinations. You will build endurance while toning and improving your balance and agility. We break out the kickboxing equipment to ensure you get a “real” kickboxing workout.

Boxing

Uses boxing basics to build total body strength and endurance. No boxing experience necessary. This is a great way to mix up your routine and keep things fresh while getting a total body strength and conditioning workout. Learn the correct way to work out like a professional boxer.

Power Boot Camp

Hits it all hard! After a cardio build-up, all major muscle groups are targeted using new and old school strength and conditioning exercises. You will get all you need from this great class!

Body Recovery

This class focuses on essential recovery exercises and strategies that are neglected in most individuals' workout routines. Foam rollers are used to release tension and lengthen muscles. New and traditional stretching methods will be utilized to keep you healthy and balanced. A great core workout is included as well.

Yoga

A smooth flowing journey of movements, poses and positions. This stimulating and relaxing class is topped off with welcomed meditation to ease away all your stress.

Power Yoga

All levels from fundamentals to intermediate. This class is Vinyasa (flow) focusing on breathing and engaging your muscles to enhance your strength and resistance. While flexibility is a result of continuous yoga practice, it is not necessary for this powerful resistance training. This class will leave you with a full mind and body workout while engaging your core.

Zumba

Biathlon

Biathlon class mimics an actual Biathlon. We run, bike(Spin inside and actually go for bike rides, weather permitting), then run again. We always throw a twist - core, lift - into each class also.
