We offer one of the longest running, most experienced bootcamps and WE GET THE BEST RESULTS! We provide coaching, nutritional direction, injury prevention and rehab. We make it work for you, so make this your best year yet by partnering with us!

Mobile Bootcamps - we bring the Bootcamp to you. Get a group of friends, neighbors or coworkers and we'll come to you with all the equipment and FUN!

We lead you mentally, physically & nutritionally.

What you can expect, what to bring and the details:
You can expect to stretch all your limits i.e. physical, mental & spirit wise. We will walk, run, lift, throw, carry, box and do assorted drills and routines. We work our core often and in a variety of ways. We lift dumbbells to create muscular endurance and tone up. We’ll use medicine balls, cones, ladders, poles and other equipment which we will supply.

The important thing to focus on is showing up with an open and willing mind. Throw some spirit in while realizing we’re all in this for the same reasons and voila! We can work with injuries and limitations so let us know. Finally expect to be happy and pleased with yourself as we move through the sessions. Look for the good things going on instead of dwelling on negative thoughts.

Note:

For Bootcamps from October through March we will workout indoors so you only need to bring some water and a towel.

For outdoor Bootcamps we will workout at Moakley Park in the Stadium.

Please bring:

  • Dumbbells, if you have them. I have some but not enough for everyone.
  • Dress properly, layers work best especially leaving so you don't catch a cold.
  • Water
  • Mat or towel or both (core, abs)
  • Be on time
  • Prepare everything the night before – Just get up & Go!
